FEATURES
Each deck and set of stairs in the packages we offer come standard with the following:
- 2×10 Pressure Treated Southern Pine Lumber all 12 inches on center (vs 16 inches, 12 inches will created a stronger and more level deck)
- Every joist top, beam top, and column top will be covered with ZIP tape to help shed water and prevent rot.
- 6×6 Treated Columns on 12″ Square Footings (square footings are uncommon but look SO much better vs round footings)
- Black metal post covers for the columns to add an extravagant and more modern look (the color of the post cover can be changed but may result in a price increase)
- Deckorators Summit Decking. Summit decking uses Surestone technology so the decking does not contain any wood where-as traditional composite decking does contain wood fibers in the construction. Summit is Made in the U.S.A. and comes with a 25 Year structural and stain/fade warranty (you can choose other decking but this will effect the price of the deck).
- Decking will have hidden fasteners. You will not see any screws on the decking or fascia for a super clean look!
- Decking and Stairs (if applicable) will be picture framed so there will be no visible cut ends of the decking which gives the deck a high class look.
- Westbury Tuscany C10 black aluminum railing to go along with the modern and classy appearance of the deck (this can be substituted for other colors but may change the cost).
