Reach out via call, text, or email to schedule a FREE estimate appointment. Texting is the quickest way to get an appointment scheduled.

Estimate Appointment
At your estimate appointment you will tell me what size deck, color flooring, color railing, and deck features you want.

Deck Plans
I will take the information for the estimate appointment and create a deck plan for you. Once approved I will get an estimate put together.

Final Estimate and Contract
After approval of the plan and estimate is sent your way. If you decide to move forward with the deck I will send a contract over for you to sign.

Submitting Plans for Permits
Once the contract is signed I will submit the plans to the local municipality for approval. Once approval is given we will move forward.

Ordering Materials
Once the plans are approved I will order materials. At this point I will need the first payment for the deck. This payment is 50% of the total deck price.

Materials Delivered – Construction Begins
Materials will be delivered on a specified date and construction will begin within a day or two if that date. Deck construction typically takes around one week.

Frequent Site Visits
I will visit the site frequently during construction to make sure things are going smoothly and to keep the work site clean.

Construction Completes
After a week of construction your deck is finally done. You can go over your deck and see if everything meets your expectations. Final payment for the remaining 50% of the deck is then made.
